USE CASE
You are in back-to-back calls that create plenty of notes. Granola captures our meetings, writes the summary, hands that context to our agents and company brain, and routes it to our company’s interface. When it comes time for the next call, our agent pings us 10 minutes before with highlights that help us prep. Always locked in.

Granola delivers best-in-class meeting transcription without dropping a bot into your Google Meet or Zoom. You can customize summaries, chat across conversations, ask questions and connect it with your CRM and other systems via the MCP. Meeting prep needs work. REVIEW
Granola alone is a B+ but the MCP makes it an A+. Eventually, with more extended use and efficient controls in place, context structures itself over time. A client can mention an anniversary trip once, and that detail resurfaces later beside the business context. That extra mile compounds. The same history lets us compare pitches and refine from what prospects actually said. If your business runs on relationships and you still move notes between tools by hand, this closes the gap.
Jake: The backbone of our CRM stack and any perceived shortcomings can be easily addressed with a touch of engineering. Worth every penny.
VERDICT: A+
Invisible on the call, deeply useful afterward, and the strongest bridge we have found between meeting notes and agent memory.

You have an entire project in your head, but typing the message has become the bottleneck. I use Wispr Flow to talk to my agents, write messages, and capture lucid thoughts while I am out walking. For project scoping, I ask an agent to send me a detailed list of questions and answer them out loud. The agent gets a robust brief without me spending an hour at the keyboard.
DESCRIPTION
Wispr Flow turns natural speech into polished text inside the apps where you already work. It removes filler words, formats the output, learns personal vocabulary, and supports snippets and more than 100 languages across Mac, Windows, iPhone, and Android. Basic is free. Pro is $12/user/month on the annual plan.
REVIEW
I have spoken more than 100,000 words through Wispr Flow and I would consider myself a power user at this point. It is the voice layer between my brain and the agent stack, and it has materially accelerated how quickly I can transfer context into a project.
The reason it gets an A instead of an A+ is the handoff into Claude Cowork. I cannot say whether the bug belongs to Wispr Flow or Cowork, but sometimes the text box stops accepting input. Closing the app does not always reset it. The remaining option is a new chat, which can mean restarting the project context from scratch. That recovery cost is brutal when the entire point of the product is removing friction… again, maybe a Cowork bug.
Brody: I can just ramble without having to type all of my answers, so the agent gets a very robust understanding of what I am trying to do.
VERDICT: A
The fastest way I have found to move thought into agent context.

You run Claude Code or Codex for long stretches, and your terminal keeps dragging you back into annoying work. My Ghostty setup gives me a cleaner place to write detailed prompts, monitor sessions, reach agents across multiple compute instances, and pass context between coding agents. It has completely replaced Mac Terminal in my workflow and is a very slick UI!
DESCRIPTION
Ghostty is a free, GPU-accelerated terminal for macOS and Linux. It combines native platform behavior with features such as tabs, splits, platform-aware shortcuts, hyperlinks, and deep terminal customization. It is fast, polished, and still feels like it belongs on the operating system.
REVIEW
I have seen people launch a Claude Code terminal inside VS Code because the default command-line experience creates so much friction. Ghostty gives me the flexibility I expect from a regular chat interface while preserving the power of a real terminal. With my shell configuration, I can navigate long prompts, move between lines, and fix earlier text without wrestling with the input.
The bell notification is the feature I notice most. It rings when Claude Code, Codex, or another agent needs operator input, so I do not have to stare at every running session. My setup also keeps SSH access to agents on multiple compute instances close at hand.
The strongest workflow is the relay between coding agents. I export the Codex pane to a file and give Claude the path. Both agents read the same lossless artifact. The copy-and-paste handoff disappears, and neither agent has to work from a partial transcript.
Brody: There are not many downsides. It is better than every terminal I have used.
VERDICT: A+
It replaced Mac Terminal and made multi-agent coding sessions easier to run.

The common thread is context loss. Meeting notes trapped in an app, ideas shortened because typing takes too long, and agent transcripts relayed through copy and paste all weaken the next step. Better input and cleaner handoffs compound before the model ever starts reasoning.
